Philip Rohrbacher

Partner | Director of Information Technology

As Director of Information Technology for CCS, Phil is responsible for setting the technology direction for the company. Mr. Rohrbacher has spent most of his time since joining CCS on the development of the firm's core software solution: Biowatch.

Phil brings over 10 years of software and database development experience to Comprehensive Childcare Solutions. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Rohrbacher was a freelance programmer where he developed several utility billing related programs that are widely used in the retail sector.
