How does it work?
Simple. Just follow these easy steps:
- Contact the potential client (child care center or Head Start) and tell them how OPRA has helped your organization and how it could help theirs. At the conclusion of the conversation it would be considerate to inform them that CCS will be trying to contact them about giving OPRA a try.
- Fill out the OPRA online referral form. We'll need this information not only to ensure that we're talking to the proper referred program representative but also to ensure that credit for the referral goes to the right person. The form will ask for the following information:
- Your name and contact information.
- Name of the program for which you work.
- Name of the referred child care center or Head Start.
- Name, job title and contact information for the person to whom the referral was made. Ideally this person should be in a position to make a purchase decision. However, this is not a requirement.
- Any additional information that you feel might help us when contacting the referral. The more information that you provide, the easier it is for us to help the referred organization make a decision regarding OPRA.
- Cash your referral bonus check. If your referral joins the OPRA family, we will send you a $50 check for each new account (a Head Start or child care center with 10 separate sites would entitle you to $500) once the referral has been a client for three months.
New Client Referrals
After implementing OPRA, most of our new clients can't wait to thank us for creating such an easy-to-use, cost-effective solution for producing meal production records. We can't begin to tell you how much we appreciate these kind words and we always respond with a heartfelt, "You are so very welcome."
Of course, for some clients, words just aren't enough. They want to know what they can do to truly show how grateful they are for OPRA. To this our reply is simple: "Please ... spread the word." Tell a director or food program manager of a child care center or Head Start. If their program implements OPRA we'll show our appreciation with a $50 check for the referral and a $50 credit for the new referred client.
